Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation
  • Each contributed oral presentation shall last for 15 minutes. Please plan your talk to be 10 minutes long, allowing 5 minutes for questions. If there are any changes due to the number of submitted works, the organizing committee will announce them as soon as possible.
  • All presenters are advised to use the venue facilities for the presentation due to system limitations. The session rooms are equipped with a projector, laptop, laser pointer, and screen. Please provide your presentation materials in the session room at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
  • Please make sure that you should arrive in the session room at least 30 min. before your session begins.
  • The presentation materials should be in a Microsoft PowerPoint file format (*.ppt or *.pptx) that is compatible with PowerPoint 2010 or in a PDF that is compatible with Adobe Reader 11. Please notify us in advance if your presentation materials are in a different format or include any media clips.
  • The presenter can receive the presentation certificate right after the session.
  • The awards will be conferred during the Closing Ceremony on November 21, 2025. The following distinctions will be presented:
    • First Runner Oral Presentation – 2,000 THB
    • Second Runner Oral Presentation – 1,000 THB
Poster Presentation
  • The poster should fit within a display area of approximately 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H).
  • The abstract title, authors and affiliation should be noticeable on your poster. The content includes an introduction, objectives, methodology, results, and discussion. The reference and acknowledgment should be noticeable.
  • Your Poster code. (ex: P-001) will be positioned in the upper left-hand corner of your poster board. You may check your abstract number on November 1, 2025.
  • Poster presenters should prepare and bring their posters in advance.
  • Posters must be displayed during the entire poster session, and if not, it will be considered a “no-show.” Since poster evaluations will take place during the session, presenters are expected to be available to answer questions and discuss with attendees.
  • If you have more than one poster and they are not placed side by side, please ensure that each poster is attached to its correct designated location.
  • The presenter can receive the presentation certificate after the session.
  • The awards will be conferred during the Closing Ceremony on November 21, 2025. The following distinctions will be presented:

General information

  • All abstracts or full articles accepted for the conference will be presented in oral or poster sessions, and all presentations must be in English.
  • The presenter of the oral or poster sessions, must be a registered participant. If the presenter has not completed their registration by September 30, 2025, the abstract will be withdrawn from the conference program.
  • Ethical Declaration Form for the Proceedings must be uploaded together with your submission (Abstract or full article proceeding) ***
  • There are no restrictions on the number of abstracts you may submit. If more than two abstracts are accepted from one investigator, one of the co-authors must make any additional presentation.
  • The organizing Committee reserves the right to amend or change any part of the submission guidelines without prior notice.
  • All abstracts or full articles will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee and other experts in the field. The authors is the sole responsibility of the authors. Abstracts will not be edited for spelling, grammar or content.
  • Accepted papers or full articles will be published in the Conference proceedings. The Conference Managers will not be held responsible for submissions not received via the website or for submission errors caused by Internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or unforeseen events.

Guideline for Submission

Important: One Abstract per Participant

Each participant may submit only one abstract for oral or poster presentation. If multiple abstracts are submitted, only the first will be considered. Please ensure your abstract follows the required format and submission guidelines.

  1.  Log-in or sign up into the system.
  2. Please register and log in to the submission system at: https://medaisc.mfu.ac.th//submission using the same email address you used during your registration.
  3. Click 'Abstract Submission'
  4. Fill out authors’ information and abstract contents in the system
  5. Upload your abstract file using the official Abstract Template (DOCX). Ensure that you strictly follow all formatting guidelines, including font style, word limit, and structural requirements. Download Template
  6. Check the acknowledgement of your submission sent to your E-mail
  7. Check the acceptance notification by E-mail and at My Page
